Step 1: Upload Letter Image
Upload an A4-sized image (JPG/PNG) to be used as the letterhead background.

Step 2: Upload Recipient List
Supported formats: .csv or .xlsx
Required columns: Salutation (optional), Full Name, Street 1, Postal Code, Email (optional)
Rows missing any key data or duplicates will be skipped.

Step 3: Customise Layout Settings
Adjust font, size, line height, text alignment, and spacing using the panel.

Step 4: Preview Letters
Valid entries will generate preview letters with the uploaded background.

Step 5: Export to PDF
Click "Export to PDF" to generate letters in batches of 500. A progress bar will show the status.

Notes:
- Skipped entries (missing or duplicate) will be reported below.
- Reset all layout settings using the "Reset" button.
- Ensure pop-ups are allowed for download.
